On my laptop, I currently have a dual boot Windows/OpenSuse 10.3 setup. I have
installed VMWare Server.
This laptop is a Compaq X1000, and comes with a hidden partition and XP Home
install disks.
I'd like to get rid of the XP and hidden partitions, and just have XP
installed in VMWare.
The question is whether I can just copy my whole XP partition or do I need to
install XP Home in the VMWare Server. Are there other issues caused by this
configuration I should be aware of?
Thanks.
