When you're dealing with someone who you want to teach
something to...without ruffling any feathers... you just
imply that you're going to give them a little bit of
special, secret knowledge...and while not saying that
specifically, you imply it, by starting out with the
magic phrase, "Here's a trick..."


Notice how, by using that phrase, you became much more
receptive to what I then told you.


Here time and again you mix trade skills and mental skills.

Mentioned decision maker is unskilled in computer use, and most probably
he/she knows that, but he is not stupid. His brain is loaded with other
knowledge and he has limited ability to accept new, but again this is not
sign of metal disability, just normal sign that humans have limits.
