I'm about to upgrade one of my machines and install an Nvidia 7300 card on it. It already has an onboard Intel graphics chipset. (Not sure which version, as I haven't fired it up yet.)

Depends on your hardware. If you have AGP, than the slot for external adapter is on the same bus and only one adapter will work. If your nvidia is using PCI slot than both adapters can work.
If you have PCI Express than it is possible to have both adapters running.

Well the Intel chipset is onboard, and the Nvidia is PCI-E, so I guess it will work. So what would be required to get one desktop to output to one and another desktop to output to another? And will there be any issues if one is 3-D supported but not the other? -- ---Bryen--- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
