Thanks. I could start audacity logging in as another user. So something is wrong with my home folder/setup. I have removed the old .audacity-data folder and an .audacity file. After this audacity asked what language to use but after this nothing happens. Where does audacity store its configuration or where can I find something in my home folder that can be related to audacity ? Thanks, IG

I have had similar problems with audacity in the past, but they were fixed by updates before I could find the cause. I suspect it is in the configuration. If you could, please make sure your solution is posted. I follow sound related issues closely, I need all the help I can get. -ED- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
