Did you install NB from a package??? If yes try installing without a package and with your own SDK.

I found a tip to use:
Export LIBXCB_ALLOW_SLOPPY_LOCK=1
But I still only have limited functionality. For example, I can launch netbeans, but I can't seem to compile my projects without it crashing.
I frequently get:
/usr/lib/<unknown>: No such file or directory.
I also get this when I try to launch netbeans with the GTK Look And Feel
Any Ideas?
Call me cutting edge, but I have always installed the JDK directly from Sun. I've never had a problem doing so with either 10.1, 10.2 - What is the difference between 1.6 form repo and the rpm from Sun? Is this some sort of path issue?
Thanx,
Adam
Did you use the rpm file or the self-extract tool? I installed the jdk_1.6.3 from the build service but I can't see any effect. Lior I used the jdk-6u3-linux-i586.rpm.bin file, as I have always done before. Same with netbeans-5_5_1-linux.bin I have narrowed down the problem a bit; seems I can run java apps, including the jdk demo apps, but all hell breaks loose if I try to use a different Look And Feel. When I try to use the GTK+ LAF, it errors out and displays: /usr/lib/<unknown>: No such file or directory. And I get a bug reporting dialogue. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
