100kbs is hardly a good speed for my 10Mb cable. For sure, when I use bittorrent to download other stuff (like knoppix :) ) most often I can max out to 800kbs. 100kbs was not as fast as i see ftp / http downloads but it was fast enough for me to let it run in the back ground an do other work while waiting.
