[opensuse] GA release of 10.3?

I just downloaded the lastest RC release and I'm installing it now.
It came as a single "KDE" CD that causes lots of packages to be
downloaded (3GB+ for me).
So even if all the packages on the GA cd are good, this approach is
going to cause massive package downloading during the install?
Is that the way the GA cds/dvds are going to work? I hope not for
everyone's sake.
