[opensuse] I can't install demon tftp on suse 10.2

I can't start TFTP
I installed the demon vsftp
I started inited but the server non start
error message:
ftp> open mingus
Connected to mingus.
500 OOPS: could not bind listening IPv4 socket
ftp>
there is sameone that can help me???
