Sequence (from memory):

 1 send
 2 asks for master password. I type it.
DROP this Master Password - this is your problem.

Read the ref I gave you where the password(s) is edited. There is a specific reference to the Master Password which has to be entered "once per session".


 3 server timeout and gives error.
 4 Thund. ask for smtp passwd. I look it up ant paste it.
 5 server fails (another timeout).
 6 send
 7 Thund. ask for smtp passwd
 8 I paste password fast, request it to remember.
 9 success.
 10 send, sucess, till I close Thund.

Next day: same as above.
