[opensuse] Have postfix limit email from 192.168.0.0/16 to 192.168.0.0/16 from Nat to Nat other IP's to any where.

Hello, Is there a way to have postfix limit sending email to only Natted IP's whill allowing all other to email any other system. I need to have any email from a 192.168.0.0/16 IP to only be able to send email to another 192.168.0.0/16 IP. Any ideas?
