Short: Sensors will show what you set in sensors.conf, and that can be correct
or out of way.

This would be explained in the begin of /etc/sensors.conf and probably in
above FAQ.
Short: For some implementations it is actual voltage, for others reduced value
to fit in the range from 0 to 5 V.

Also the section of /etc/sensors.conf that is used with your sensor:
chip w83627thf-*
or
chip w83627thf-isa-*
if you made any changes. Default has no "isa-" part.
What is your motherboard and chipset?
