If the users are logged out, the D-Bus session bus daemons should not be
running any longer. See bugs #158098 and #266931 on
http://bugzilla.novell.com .
For the above state (users are logged out, session buses are still
running): Can you please provide the complete output of 'ps axu' and
attach it to one of the mentioned bugs?
