You seem to have hit some mirror with old repodata, try refreshing the source
or try a specific mirror, like ftp://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/repositories/server%3A/php/SUSE_Linux_10.0
The file online is rev. 61.1, not 56.1
