new action -> [keyboard input -> command/url(simple) ] -> Set the
keyboard shortcut on the keyboard shortcut tab -> set the command on
the command tab. Something like "aumix -v-5" will decrease volume and
"aumix -v+5" will increase it for example

Thanks! Keyboard layouts were not enabled, so I enabled them and chose

I'd already been looking at the "input actions", but I don't see how
to add commands for actions such as volume control or skip track.
