I have checked this problem with some users from the openoffice users list first. They could not verify it on XP and on PCLinuxOS. So it looks like an problem with my openSUSE system. I hope some of you can help:
The first URL links to a MSWord file which contains a math formula. After importing it into OO.org Writer 2.2 the display lacks a few fonts, esp. brackets. The second URL links to a jpg containing a screenshot which shows the problem.

This is on openSUSE 10.2 with OO.org built rpms version 2.2. MS core fonts are installed.
Thanks!

I've loaded the file in Textmaker and it does display the brackets (however, as an OLE object that can't be edited).
Could this be a font substitution problem?
I suppose it is. But which font is missing? Opensymbol is on my system and registered with Openoffice. Guido -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
