Ah, that explains it then, the Xeon machines have multicore and HT, I've a 
dual, dual-core Xeon and with HT on each core SUSE shows 8 CPU's 


However on this AM2 machine it has ht listed in the flags, thought that was 
for hyperthreading:

(sure that clock speed is wrong too)
