Just to let you gents know, I installed both the perl-bootloader fix and the
kernel update. The perl bootloader fix worked well. The kernel update
went fine, but vmware still wont pick up my usb devices. TBH, the only one
that is really important is the printer and but I got that working by
setting up samba.
Reported the bootloader result in bugzilla.
