OK, but some servers with massive SCSI arrays may have well over 26 disks...
Unlikely, those massive arrays virtualize the disk subsystem and make
it look like a much smaller set of drives to the OS. ie. a 10-disk
hardware raid-5 looks like one disk to the OS.
