Definitively go with an Hauppauge pvr card, they usually keep them in
stock at TheSource, Staples, etc for around 100CAD for a pvr-150, got
one of those myself a few month ago work like a charm.
And the added benefit is that these cards (150, 250 and 500) have
hardware encoders, so they output a Mpeg2 TS, so no need to use your
CPU for encoding the picture for use in MythTV.
