[opensuse] Broken fonts after installing MS core font update :(

I used YaST online update to download MS core fonts
into 10.2. It completely changed my fonts settings,
the desktop now looks horrible. I cannot uninstall the
update. How to revert the changes made by that update?
Fonts settings in gnome seems the same as before the
update, but the look is much worse. Please help.
