[opensuse] How to configure the YOU command mode?

Hi,
I have a server installed with SUSE 10.X and other couple of servers
with the same OS, I want to know how to configure the YOU in SUSE, so
that it should download from the mirror in one server and distribute
to all other SUSE systems in the network.
Need help in doing the same, as I am newbie to Linux.
