Than it is another reason mentioned in few other posts.
Someones subscription email address was deleted and now posts bounce.
What I don't understand is that others can see bounces from this list and I
don't, but I had some in opensuse-edu.
Is it ISP filtering that discards bounces from certain sources?

I edited output of what you say it was Concord record in whois database in
previous mail.
It was Concord record with part of Novell record in the middle and your
provider address mixed to Country entry of Concord record. How it happened
that way I can only guess, but today is not my day for guesswork.
