browsed with an svn client ? with a web interface ?

I assume you :

1. if it is a web client,you have apache installed, you upgraded apache

2. you upgraded subversion , subversion-server and all it's
                     dependencies correctly.

 I get the

run svn update in the working copy.

if it does not work, then explain your problem better, including the
version of the package you installed.
