Hmmm....sounds like a challenge! I just got a new 7290 leash - um, I mean -
blackberry. I was up in Sacramento today for a big meeting. In the 12 hours
or so I was gone, I got a total of 238 messages. (No, I am not subscribed to
any non-government mailing lists at work.)
Ugh!
I'll have to help your "friend" out.
What does your "friend" now use? Is it currently connecting to Exchange? In
fact, what does your "friend" even do in Windows? I can't say I've ever even
done anything with my blackberry devices in Windows other than hook them up
to the USB cable to charge them.

Hmm. Interesting. I'll look, too.
