MS is a reseller of SLES. Read: you can buy it from them.

Buy it from us or buy it from a reseller like MS. In the particular case of
the MS "Vouchers" you would have to talk to MS directly. Though I doubt you
would get it from them unless you are a big MS customer *and* have several
hundred (or more) Linux servers.
