If you click on France (on the map) then for some reason you are directed to

the Belgien reseller list (which is long). I assume that means that there 
really is no French reseller for openSUSE. But then the redirect to the 
Belgien reseller list seems to indicate that you should be able to get it 
from them. Or it might be a mistake.
