Hi,

I now know how to solve this.

This is a kernel bug introduced on kernel 2.6.17 and, it was only
solved on 2.6.20.

The kernel at
http://software.opensuse.org/download/Kernel:/HEAD/openSUSE_10.2/
can be used to correct this.

At last, I will install openSUSE 10.2 on my home machine.
