Ok,  I have used cron on netware before so it should not be hard to 
use.  The only thing is, I cannot get it to run on my box or my server.  
I get a message like this.

cron: can't lock /var/run/cron.pid, otherpid may be 8086: Resource 
temporarily unavailable

Any ideas?
