From konqueror (OpenSuse 10.0 KDE 3.5.6 release 19.1) I printed it to a pdf file and the left and right columns were both printed at the left margin. So the left column was on top of the left side of the right column (whew!). Maybe when printed this results in the right column being replaced by the left column, as the left column seems to be printed after the right column.
