Thanks Luciano,
as the portconf displayed 127.0.0.1 ::1, I took a second look in
main.cf, and found out that at the end of the file there were a second
entry for inet_interfaces, not only in the section with the comments.
I changed this, and now it loads ok, even w/o setting inet_protocols =
ipv4. It is inet_protocols = all now.

Anyway, thanks for the pointer.

Now I wonder why it happen in the first place.
