main.cf, and found out that at the end of the file there were a second
entry for inet_interfaces, not only in the section with the comments.
I changed this, and now it loads ok, even w/o setting inet_protocols =

Anyway, thanks for the pointer.
Now I wonder why it happen in the first place.

What does your inet_interfaces parameter in /etc/postfix/main.cf say?
(you can check with postconf -n | grep interfaces)
