Hi, Rohan!

Try this:
1)Boot from openSuSE installation disk,
2)Select "Rescue system" at boot screen,
3)login to rescue system with empty password,
3)mkdir /tmp/root
4)mount -t Your_system_partition_file_system
/dev/Your_system_partition    /tmp/root
5)/tmp/root/usr/sbin/grub-install  --recheck
 --root-directory=/tmp/root   /dev/Your_boot_hdd
