Just so you'll know, the 200 and 250 drives are actually RAID so maybe that's why it's giving the bad this or that reading. I'm just guessing here because I remember reading somewhere a little bit ago that Linux has problems with RAID's, but I could be mistaking. The RAID is done via the RAID controller on the motherboard so it's not a software RAID. Well I gotta get the heck outta here. Many thanks and I hope this helps. ------------------------------------------------------- Disk /dev/sda: 320.0 GB, 320072933376 bytes 255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 38913 cylinders Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System /dev/sda1 1 6629 53247411 7 HPFS/NTFS /dev/sda2 6630 38912 259313197+ f W95 Ext'd (LBA) /dev/sda5 6630 22692 129026016 7 HPFS/NTFS /dev/sda6 22693 35705 104526891 7 HPFS/NTFS /dev/sda7 35706 35967 2104483+ 82 Linux swap / Solaris /dev/sda8 35968 37145 9462253+ 83 Linux /dev/sda9 37146 38912 14193396 83 Linux Disk /dev/sdb: 320.0 GB, 320072933376 bytes 255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 38913 cylinders Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System /dev/sdb1 * 2 38913 312560640 f W95 Ext'd (LBA) /dev/sdb5 2 19633 157694008+ 7 HPFS/NTFS /dev/sdb6 19634 34939 122945413+ 7 HPFS/NTFS /dev/sdb7 34940 38913 31921123+ 7 HPFS/NTFS Warning: ignoring extra data in partition table 5 Warning: ignoring extra data in partition table 5 Warning: ignoring extra data in partition table 5 Warning: invalid flag 0x6e91 of partition table 5 will be corrected by w(rite) Disk /dev/sdc: 200.0 GB, 200049647616 bytes 255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 24321 cylinders Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System /dev/sdc1 * 1 7776 62460688+ 7 HPFS/NTFS /dev/sdc2 7777 48641 328248112+ f W95 Ext'd (LBA) /dev/sdc5 ? 90016 296061 1655053855+ 7 HPFS/NTFS Disk /dev/sdd: 250.0 GB, 250059350016 bytes 255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 30401 cylinders Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes Disk /dev/sdd doesn't contain a valid partition table Disk /dev/dm-0: 400.0 GB, 400096133120 bytes 255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 48642 cylinders Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System /dev/dm-0p1 * 1 7776 62460688+ 7 HPFS/NTFS /dev/dm-0p2 7777 48641 328248112+ f W95 Ext'd (LBA) /dev/dm-0p5 7777 21162 107523013+ 7 HPFS/NTFS /dev/dm-0p6 21163 34420 106494853+ 7 HPFS/NTFS /dev/dm-0p7 34421 48641 114230151 7 HPFS/NTFS Disk /dev/dm-1: 63.9 GB, 63959745024 bytes 255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 7775 cylinders Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes This doesn't look like a partition table Probably you selected the wrong device.
