There is a guide on how-to update extensions (and themes?) to FFox2:

try it. (remember your themes must be uncompressed first)
Ummm, yes, but I'm talking about a failure that occurred when I applied the latest SuSE-supplied update to Firefox 2.0. Modern Pinball was working on the version of Firefox 2.0 that was installed before that.
oops, so you are saying that the security update reports itself as 2.0.0.2pre?
Yup. That's exactly what shows in the "About..." dialog. Curiously enough, this is what RPM believes:
% rpm -qa |egrep Fire MozillaFirefox-2.0.0.1-0.1 MozillaFirefox-translations-2.0.0.1-0.1
You can change what Firefox reports itself as if you take a look in the about:config dialogue. You can make it basically anything you'd like and I'll bet that if you change it there that your theme will read that and have no issues. :D - Ben -- Envy, n: Wishing you'd been born with an unfair advantage instead of having to try and acquire one. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
