It depends on what you want it to do.
Do you want suse to see eth0 eth2 eht3 eth4, or
are you just looking for a hub/switch?
If you just want a hub/switch, go get a hub/switch
and forget these cards.
If you want 4 ethernet cards in one slot, I have seen
such things, (and actually have a couple) but I have
not actually tried to use them in Suse.
I'll dig them up and see what they do.
