Dear Novell...
Please speak to Digital River.
Instead I have to pay 36 bucks shipping for Next Day Delivery ON A PRODUCT YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE READY TO SHIP!!!
According to my order last night from the Novell store, it will come 12/18/06 by DHL overnight for 10 bucks...
Well I live in Alaska, not Phoenix. But Priority mail costs the same to you as it does to me. So why do I have to pay $36. No other choice was offered.
I've noticed a general bias toward shipping things to Alaska and Hawaii. Either you over pay for shipping or they won't ship to you at all. At this very moment I'm shipping an item to myself indirectly (to a FedEx Kinko in Spokane and then to me) that the vender refuses to ship directly. It's ironic since the same shipper is handling both parts of the shipment!
