I've noticed a general bias toward shipping things to Alaska and Hawaii.
Either you over pay for shipping or they won't ship to you at all. At this
very moment I'm shipping an item to myself indirectly (to a FedEx Kinko in
Spokane and then to me) that the vender refuses to ship directly. It's ironic
since the same shipper is handling both parts of the shipment!
