If you are using procmail this receipe will add a Reply-To: header
:0f
* ^X-Mailinglist: opensuse
| /usr/bin/formail -bfi "Reply-To:opensuse@xxxxxxxxxxxx"
:0 a:
$HOME/Mail/IN-OpenSuse
In pine it will give the this option
Use "Reply-To:" address instead of "From:" address?
