[opensuse] Access to SMB share from Konqueror / Krusader in 10.0 fails

I'm (still) using SuSE 10.0 (i386) on my home desktop.
Other box runs Win2000 and has a number of shares (directories and printer).
When I'm trying to browse smb shares using Konqueror, I see correct
workgroup, then correct host name, but after clicking on this host I'm
getting the dialog box:
Internal Error
Please send a full bug report at http://bugs.kde.org
libsmbclient reported an error, but did not specify what the
problem is. This might indicate a severe problem with your network
- but also might indicate a problem with libsmbclient...
The same error is returned when I'm trying to connect using Krusader.
I had this problem at least with SuSE 9.3 (not sure about 9.2). I then
started using Smb4K and it worked perfectly for me, and continues
working with 10.0.
What could it be? Some configuration issue? Could someone advice how
to debug it?
Thanks,
Mark

From the other side, at office I have SuSE 10.1 and Win2003 server.Krusader and Konqueror work correctly there.

to debug it?
