I suggest you click on "Show all headers" (however that's done in
your client), and see for your self what people use.
Or, better yet, write a with a 5-10 line script to index your
mailboxes and produce a table with all the clients and how many
different senders use them.
Use the tools you have, they're why Unix is so easy to do these
things..
