SuSE 10.0 Apache 2.0.54 I'm trying to adapt the existing error pages so that they conform to my 'house style'. To do this, I have incorporated the css references and want to include a couple of php files. My server already hosts php scripts in their own right. Into the bottom.html file (/usr/share/apache2/error/include), I've added these two lines, both pointing to existing, but trivial (for testing) files: <p>htm: <!--#include virtual="test.htm" --></p> <p>php: <!--#include virtual="test.php" --></p> htm works but php gives the error '[an error occurred while processing this directive]'. I've tried adding the following into /etc/apache2/mod_mime-defaults.conf but this does not seem to do anything: AddType text/html php AddOutputFilter INCLUDES php AddHandler type-map php Am I thinking along the right lines for adding the php files and in which file should I add these (or similar) lines? BTW: I looked at re-writing the error pages completely, but decided that it would be better, because of the multi-lingual capability, to adapt the existing pages to fit with my main site. TIA John
