Strictly speaking, of course, this is true in the case of an openSUSE
download, where it is not sold, but licensed under the GPL :-)
But it may be that the rationale of the license needs to be explained a bit.
Namely, the lawyer side of Novell needs to plug in a bit to the SUSE/hacker
side.
