IIANM, all non suse official install sources do this. All my packman
packages, etc. are always locked, even if installed with Yast. Smart
updated kde packages were also locked, which is new IIRC. Maybe because
of the build service. I don't think there is anything you can do.
Maybe it is the result of using a YUM type repository (i.e. repodata)
instead of the Yast type. That might be it, but even when packman had
Yast repositories, they were still locked.
