Sorry, who is "HIM"? (Do yo mean "HIM", you know, up THERE? :-) .)

You spoke about "HIM" waiting on info and would drop the matter if 
(?)Fred didn't produce anything. So couldn't you please FWD my msg to 
"HIM" to make sure that this matter is not dropped?
