I said nothing at all about sending private messages to public fora! And I take offence at the implication. Where did you get the impression that I did?
I didn't say you would, but I've seen it happen many many times with people who filter the way you do. It's always followed by a "woops, I didn't realize it was a private mail, I read it in my mailing list folder"
