Find the directory in which OO unpacked its installation files.
In there you will find a setup.exe
If you deleted this directory reinstall and it will detect a working oo
installation and offer repair/remove/ AND the ability to change
which associations it should manage.
Method two:
Navigate to any document with explorer, right click, select open
with, choose program, and check always use box.
