There have been examples from people explaining howto let kmail
re-write a(ny) header to whatever you wish.
The same can of course also be done with procmail or other MDAs.
Ergo: DIY.

Please repair your signature, and let it start with
<newline>
--<space>
<newline>

That way traditional and other well-behaving mail clients can
automagically strip the signature in a reply.
