Not unless it is a SuSE package.

1. Make sure the awesfx package is installed.

2. Copy the sondfont to /usr/share/sounds/sf2. Use checkinstall if you
want to register it into the rpm database.

3. Edit /etc/sysconfig/sound to point to the soundfont you want to load
when the sound system starts.

4. Restart the sound system.

YMMV, I don't use SuSE 10.1.
