Konqueror Hijacked ?

Hi,
I'm using SuSE 10.1 with KDE, and Konqueror, 3.5.1 and when I try to acesse
www.amazon.com i?m hijecked to
"http://ad.doubleclick.net/adi/amazon.pilot/;type=inv_pixel;sz=1x1;ord=705?";.
When I use Firefox, that doesn't happen. Is this my first virus ?
