Yep, everyone on the same subnet.

I'll have to try that setup again - I'm fairly certain I already tried
ipp, but still ended up needing drivers and such for the Windows box.

Ah, so I will need the drivers - but presumably I can fish those out
somewhere and then only install on this one machine?
