AFAIK you can't tell it to auto-update as part of the print process. i
know it's frustrating, but you need to either manually update that
field or do one of:
a) F9 (update fields)
b) Tools --> Update --> Update All
The reason for this requirement, theoretically, is because updating an
arbitrary number of fields automatically can take an arbitrary amount
of time, so OOo opts not to do automatic field updates. If it was
constantly scanning fields for potential updates and auto-updating
them, it could certainly become rather sluggish.
