Cron reports, even though I don't want them!

      I'm a bit puzzled, I have this in my /etc/sysconfig/cron:
SYSLOG_ON_NO_ERROR="no"
SEND_MAIL_ON_NO_ERROR="no"

My "problematic" script is updating my AV, the cron script is this:
49 */2 * * * root /opt/eset/nod32/sbin/nod32_update 2>&1 > /dev/null

Still, I get a mail from each and every update, successful or not.
If I run '/opt/eset/nod32/sbin/nod32_update 2>&1 > /dev/null' manually, 
I don't get any output whatsoever to the screen, so what's going on here?
